I realized I haven’t posted an article on a Wednesday in about…three months. But, I have an excuse. In June, I was laid off and had to start job hunting and in August things really started to kick off. Since then. things have been insanely busy for me, and will probably only get busier.
On Monday, I’m moving into my very first apartment, in a different state.On Wednesday, I start my new job. I’m super excited; this new job is pretty much exactly what I want to do and I can’t wait to begin.
I know that this new position will keep me busy, so I don’t know how I will manage this blog once I start. My previous job has me working odd hours, but it was a regular schedule, and I was living with my parents. I knew what to expect each week; this job is a little less regular.
Right now, I’m hoping that at the very least, I’ll be able to make it to the end of the year without missing a single Sunday post.
In order to do this, I have to create a schedule of sorts for myself rather than just picking out a cartoon randomly. So here’s my November schedule.
Nov. 4 — Little Witch Academia Original Short
Nov. 11 — Little Witch Academia: Enchanted Parade
November 18 — Little Witch Academia Season 1
November 25 — Little Witch Academia Season 2
I haven’t seen the Little Witch Academia series yet, but I have seen the original shorts. But I don’t want to review the series without reviewing the shorts because…I think it would be better than interjecting my thoughts on the shorts into the series review and I’m busy. Having a short review to work with this and next week will be helpful.
I know this won’t leave room for a Thanksgiving special, but frankly there aren’t that many Thanksgiving specials and I’m not going to try to knock out a 1,000 word review on A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving or attempt to sit through Free Birds.
I already have an idea of what my December review schedule will look like and I’ll let you guys know when I’m more sure.
